INITIATE CASE FILINGS/PROCESS INTAKES Reduce review time and improve data integrity by viewing and pulling data from police incident reports to initiate case filings and charging documents for criminal, civil, and juvenile cases. Utilize the State charge code table to adhere to State statutes and disposition reporting standards. Reduce filing time by affixing an electronic signature and notary, requesting electronic filing, and printing charging documents. REVIEW CASE PARTY INFORMATION View case party information such as record sheet entries, charges, associated case parties, sentencing data, attorney history, traffic citations, bond history, restitution, other case activities, associated court cases, and the party’s criminal history record. Images, attachments, and complete case details can also be viewed. PROCESS MULTIPLE CASES IN A SERIES File multiple cases with similar data for the same attorney. This workflow also supports the ability to assess fees and accept payment during initiation. REQUEST/VIEW WARRANTS Request warrant creation from case actions or criminal intake initiation. Review the warrant calendar for active warrants that are pending review, recommended for recall or recommended for retention. Review service information, warrant data, warrant attorney information, and warrant statistical data. View warrant alert information during name queries/and record update. MANAGE ATTORNEY CASELOAD As a supervisor, review and manage attorney caseload and assignments from a central screen. Manage attorney information such as name, address, registration, attorney type, years of experience, etc. As an attorney, view personal caseload, enter work product and case record data, and track statuses of a case for statistical reporting. |
