CrimeCog Technologies’ criminal justice solution leads the way in making integrated justice information affordable and effective for cities, counties, and states across the nation. Our integrated criminal justice system is offered using the SaaS model which enables our customers to access the application remotely via a Web browser.

SaaS is a low-cost, high-speed method for software users to obtain the same benefits of commercially licensed, internally operated software without the complexity and high costs associated with software deployment.

Our system provides a proven solution that supports the exchange, sharing, and integration of critical data from police to courts to parole. E*Justice by CrimeCog is a Web-based product offering powerful features that streamline and improve data integration and sharing throughout the justice community. Sophisticated security features enable authorized users to have specific, predetermined access to full or partial system functionality.

CrimeCog’s solution provides a comprehensive suite of fully integrated modules for law enforcement records, court case management, attorney case management, jail management, and probation management. These modules share a common database, which boosts data integrity and cuts data entry time.

The Web capability assures low maintenance requirements on user workstations and lets users access the system with mobile data computers and PDAs. Jurisdictions can choose the complete
suite or stand-alone modules integrated with their existing information environment.

Our solution was designed to accommodate each jurisdiction’s individual polices, preferences, processes, and requirements without custom application coding. These can include terminology, product choices, and data unique to local or regional environments.  The user-defined data capability allows an agency or jurisdiction to add new data elements to our justice solution without making code changes or developing new functionality. When the State mandates a new data requirement, our system can easily integrate new business rules and implement the changes in the system.

The on-line query tool allows users to create, maintain, share, and publish queries to other users. The results can be exported in an HTML file for posting public information to the Web, a text-delimited file for use in spreadsheets or crime mapping utilities, and most significantly, a standards-based XML document for importing data into other local or regional applications.
